Luckiest Man on Earth
If Tim "Ripper" Owens isn't the luckiest man on earth I don't know who is. First one legendary metal band needs a new lead signer, namely Judas Priest, he does that for 10 years. Then anther legendary band, Iced Earth comes calling. To top it all off Yngwie Malmsteen records a new album and who is the singer, you guessed it, Ripper Owens. Some people have it all to front one huge band, but for Owens, it just keeps coming. Whats next Metalica?

Comment by Tabris on September 30, 2009 at 8:42pm - Not Sure Ripper is indeed talent....it may be Blasphemy to say but hes much better then the Halford clone people make him out to be. I mean Owens sang for Iced Earth and now Malmsteen both amazing bands and known in the Power Metal genre, If you even care to say he sang and recorded albums with Judas Priest a flippin pioneer Heavy Metal band that influenced many bands of today, rivaling that of Sabbath. Even now Owens has a Flippin solo album. This Hell of a Shrieker is going places indeed xD
